We did not give this hotel stars or a score, because a number would pretend to a precision that a guide like ours does not have. What we can do is tell you what the operator actually publishes, how that fits a two-night trip, and where you should adjust your plans. Here is the short version, then the reasoning.
- Works well
Space
Rooms start at 440 sq ft; the Studio Suite at 590; the Luxury and Marquis Suites at 795.
- Works well
Free parking
Included in the room rate. You give the make, model and plate at check-in.
- Works well
A show next door
The Molson Canadian Centre is in the same complex, with free parking and re-entry allowed.

- Think twice
Eating with kids

Who it suits
Families with a car. If you are driving in from elsewhere in the Maritimes, the free parking, the large rooms and the short hop to Magnetic Hill Park make this an easy base. Two Queen beds in the 490 sq ft Deluxe room fit a family of four without the feeling of camping in a box. The windows open. The pool gives you a reliable rainy-afternoon fallback.
Concert-goers. On a show night, staying at the complex is the simplest possible arrangement. You walk to the Molson Canadian Centre, you walk back, and nobody has to stay sober to drive. The venue's own rules ask you to arrive early, bring nothing bigger than a small clutch or a clear bag, and leave water bottles behind.
Couples who want a quiet suite. The Marquis Suite on the fifth floor has a private balcony and two bathrooms; the Luxury Suite has a fully divided living room with a dining table and wet-bar. Both are 795 sq ft and up, which is a lot of room for two.
Who should look elsewhere
If you are travelling with children and expect to eat every meal at the hotel, this is the wrong place. We repeat it because it is the single thing most likely to spoil a weekend: the two eating places the operator lists are on the 19+ casino floor, and the hotel states there is no room service at this time. You can make it work easily, with breakfast supplies in the room and lunches out, but you need to plan for it.
If you want to walk to downtown restaurants, theatres and the riverfront, the location will feel far. By our own measurement the Capitol Theatre on Main Street is about 11 km away by road. Downtown hotels make more sense for a car-free trip.
And if a casino in the same building makes you uneasy, that is a fair reason to choose differently. The gaming floor is separate and 19+, and the hotel side works without it, but it is part of the complex and you will see it.
How the rooms compare

| Studio Suite | 1 King | 590 | City | 37-inch |
| Luxury Suite | 1 King + sofa bed | 795 | Mountain | 50-inch |

What we could not confirm
We like to be clear about the gaps. The operator does not publish pool or gym hours beyond "posted hours of operation", does not say whether the pool is indoors or out, and does not name a spa or list treatments, even though spa language appears in the group's general house rules. It does not publish how many floors the hotel has; the only clue is that the Marquis Suites are on the fifth floor. And we have not printed nightly rates, because the booking engine shows them only for live dates. Our desk can find out any of these for your stay.
The bottom line
Book it for space, parking and location on the Magnetic Hill side of Moncton, and for a show night without a drive home. Plan your meals before you arrive if you have kids with you. Ask about the pool and any spa services when you request a room, so that what you expect matches what is open.
