Tickets without the stress
The venue is firm on one thing: buy from Ticketmaster or the box office only, because tickets from third-party sellers "may be fraudulent". Presale codes go to members of the casino's loyalty club who opted in to email; that is the operator's arrangement and we do not cover it further. Mobile entry is the venue's preferred way in: load your tickets on your phone before you leave the room, so weak signal in a queue does not become a problem.
The bag rule
This is the rule that catches people. The venue says no bags or backpacks, and the group's entertainment rules allow only a small clutch (5 × 12 × 18 cm at most) or a clear bag (8 × 35 × 35 cm at most). Cameras, drones and recording devices are not allowed; non-flash phone photos may be permitted at the artist's or venue's discretion. There is no coat check at the concert venue, and the casino's coat check is subject to availability and on the 19+ side. Staying at the hotel solves most of this: leave the bag and the big coat in your room.
Show-night checklist
- Tickets on your phone, downloaded in advance
- A clutch or clear bag within the size limits — or just pockets
- Photo ID if you plan to visit the 19+ bars or the casino before or after
- Ear protection for children at loud shows
- No outside food or water: water is sold at the bars inside
Arriving and seating
The venue recommends arriving early to avoid entry lines and security checks. Keep the aisles clear: dancing in the aisles is not allowed. Some artists invite people to stand or move, and camera equipment or technical setups may block sightlines from some seats; the venue says no refunds are given for that. Accessible seating is available and bought through Ticketmaster; the location of accessible seats varies by show.
Bringing children to a concert
Many shows are all ages, which makes this a good first-concert venue for a child. The Noël En Acadie holiday show on 28 November 2026, for example, is listed as an all-ages show, primarily in French with holiday songs in both French and English. For a children's show, the listing includes Be Like Blippi on 28 February 2027. Check each event's ticket information, because age limits are set per show.
Two things to keep in mind with kids: the family policy requires a parent or guardian aged 19 or older to be with children under 16 in non-gaming spaces like theatres, and the venue's bars are part of the building, so expect alcohol to be sold around you.
After the show
You can go back to your room in a few minutes, which is the best argument for staying here on a show night. If you want to visit the casino afterwards, the venue reminds you that access is 19+ with valid government photo ID. If you do not, you will barely notice it.
