The rules by age
| Age | What applies |
|---|---|
| Under 12 | In the pool, spa or fitness areas only with a supervising person aged 16+ |
| Under 16 | In non-gaming spaces (hotel rooms, lobbies, pools, theatres, shops) only with a parent or guardian aged 19+ actively supervising |
| 16 to 18 | May use non-gaming spaces without a guardian beside them, if a parent or guardian aged 19+ is on the property and reachable immediately |
| Under 19 | Never on the casino floor or in the restaurants and bars located on it; may not loiter in approaches to gaming areas |
| 19+ | Required to make a reservation and to check in, with valid government photo ID |
One more rule surprises people: a parent or guardian who is gambling is not considered to be supervising a child, and children may not be left alone in the hotel or entertainment areas while a parent is on the casino floor, whatever their age. Staff are required to intervene and report unattended minors.
Meals: the one thing to plan
The Buffet and Hub City Pub are on the 19+ casino floor, and there is no room service at this time. The operator does not list any other restaurant in the complex. With children, that means breakfast in the room from supplies you bring, lunch out during your day, and dinner in town or takeaway. Our eating on site page has a simple plan.

Sleeping arrangements
For two adults and two children, the Deluxe Two Queen Beds room is the natural choice. If your children are older, the Luxury Suite's sofa bed in a separate living room gives everyone more privacy. The operator does not publish crib or rollaway policies or maximum occupancy per room, and the house rules say that exceeding permitted occupancy can lead to eviction without refund. Tell us the ages of everyone travelling, and we will confirm with the hotel before anything is booked.
A note on the casino
The gaming floor is a separate 19+ area. You will see it, and you may walk past its entrances on the way to the concert hall. Children cannot enter, and that is enforced. If you prefer your children not to see casino areas at all, this hotel is probably not your best choice in Moncton.
