Accessibility

What we do to make this site usable for everyone, and what the hotel and nearby venues publish about access.

This website

We build our pages to be readable and usable with a keyboard, a screen reader or a phone. Text is set in real HTML, not in images. Every image has a text description, and every illustration is labelled as one. Colours are chosen for contrast, links are underlined, and focus outlines are visible when you move through the page with a keyboard. Animations are minimal and respect your system's reduced motion setting. The room request form uses plain labels, and its steps can be filled in without a mouse.

If something on the site does not work for you, write to hello@magnetichillweekend.com and tell us what you were trying to do. We will fix it or send you the information another way.

The hotel

The operator's room pages do not describe accessible rooms or their features, and its group accessibility page does not give details for Moncton. If you need an accessible room, or features such as a roll-in shower, grab bars or a visual alarm, tell our desk exactly what you need. We will ask the hotel for a written answer before anything is booked. Service animals are welcome at the hotel and are not charged the pet accommodation fee.

Nearby venues

Facts above are as published by each venue on the date at the foot of this page. Access arrangements change, so confirm anything essential with the venue before you travel.

Ask our desk for a room

Our desk checks availability and the rate for your dates with the hotel or a booking partner and replies by email. We never ask for card details, and nothing is booked until you accept.

1 · Who is coming
2 · Dates and room
3 · Your plans

Thank you — it reached our desk. We check what the hotel can offer for your dates and reply by email, usually within one business day. Nothing is booked or charged until you say yes to a confirmed offer.

We earn a commission from the hotel or its booking partner only when a request sent here becomes a confirmed stay — never a fee from you. How we get paid.
